Join your GenNext sorors for a Pilates experience centered on strength, rhythm, and control. This session emphasizes intentional movement, core engagement, alignment, and breath to help you move with clarity and confidence. The class is designed to support a range of fitness backgrounds while maintaining a steady, focused pace that encourages centering and body awareness.

will join us on 12/20/25!
We donated garden funds to five of their Title 1 schools and their two community gardens
in Henderson & North Las Vegas. Farmer Pete will guide us as we amend and
prepare the soil for Spring planting.
