Welcome to the Official Website of the Theta Theta Omega Chapter!
Thank you for visiting the Theta Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® (AKA) website. Founded in 1908 on the campus of Howard University, AKA is the oldest Greek-letter organization established by African American college-educated women.
I am honored to serve as the 19th President of this award-winning chapter, chartered on May 23, 1965, in Las Vegas, Nevada. For 60 years, Theta Theta Omega has exemplified Sisterhood, Scholarship and Service to All Mankind, providing impactful programs, scholarships, and community service throughout Las Vegas and the surrounding communities. Our programs are supported in part by The 20 Pearls Foundation, Inc.®, our charitable arm that was established in 2009. The Theta Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha also supervises Kappa Xi, the undergraduate chapter at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Theta Theta Omega welcomes inactive members of Alpha Kappa Alpha to join us at our in-person chapter meetings, which are held on the first Saturday of each month, excluding January, September, and summer recess (July-August). Who we Are.
Our Sorority
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ® (AKA), an international service organization, was founded on the campus of Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 1908. It is the oldest Greek-letter organization established by African American college-educated women.
Our Mission
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® was founded on a mission of five basic tenets that have remained unchanged since the sorority’s inception. Our mission is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life, and to be of “Service to All Mankind.”

Since 1965, Theta Theta Omega has provided many programs, fundraisers, and events to support our international initiatives and provide support to the Las Vegas community.
