In a fun and engaging environment, youth members are assisted with developing leadership and life skills while transitioning from high school to college, vocational school, or work. The AKATeens program provides a nurturing environment to build confidence, character, and self esteem as members explore.
AKATeens participate in activities from October to May annually. Youth interact with community leaders; attend seminars and workshops; and participate in social activities that provide friendship and fun.
